As part of Two Trees’ Brooklyn waterfront redevelopment, Studio North led the design development, detail engineering, and manufacturing of the custom copper and zinc façade for this award-winning building. The project required complex technical coordination, comprehensive systems design, and close collaboration with SHoP Architects to translate the design vision into a buildable and enduring façade.

Our involvement spanned every stage of design development, engineering, and manufacturing oversight. The result established 325 Kent as a defining anchor on the Brooklyn waterfront and a benchmark for contemporary residential architecture within a historic urban context.
